If you can’t get enough of matcha latte, but don’t want to splurge, head to Life Coffee at Amoy Street Food Centre. The under-the-radar stall offers an extensive menu of matcha creations priced at just $3.80. We tried the classic Matcha Latte, which was slightly milky, with just the right amount of astringency. Alternatively, they have speciality matcha drinks such as Matcha Mango, Caramel Matcha Latte, and Honey Lemon Matcha. Those who prefer hojicha can consider the Egg Cream Hojicha Latte, which has strong roasted notes, as well as Salted Cream Cheese Hojicha.
